After using my IPhone for some months I started having a very bad experience on my IPhone. Whenever I want to Backup my device, my iPhone keeps bringing out “iPhone Backup Failed” notification. Lastly, go to settings> iCloud > Backup> then Backup now
This worked for me after iCloud backup had severally failed by using numerous approach, but after rebooting and doing the listed approach procedures I was able to Backup my iOS device completely.

ICloud users are allocated limited storage capacity, but you can increase your iCloud storage capacity when it’s full.
How to do? When Backup failed appears, tap on not now, and then proceed to add storage to buy more storage for your iOS device

Another Easy Way To Backup Your Device Easily: Backup On Other Device
If you own more than one personal computer, simply Backup on your other Mac, Pc or any iOS device
